Hewlett Packard Scanner help needed?

I just got an HP Officejet J3600. I scanned 3 pages. The output came back as 3 separate jpeg files! I want one file so that I can efax it out. How do I make it so that the output file is one 3 page document? NOT 3 one page documents.
P.S. – I cannot scan files as a PDF….
I can only save as a jpeg, bmp, tif, png, pcx, or fpx

Open Adobe Acrobat, then open your first page into it, then select ‘Insert Page from the menu and click on your second page, then click Insert again, and select your third page.

Save it under a new name and when the recipient gets it, it will have the 3 pages under one
